About The Role

In this position,ย you will own client relationships from start to finish. You'll manage calendars, conduct on-site onboarding, and deliver ongoing client training to ensure smooth integration and continued satisfaction. We're looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills to build strong client partnerships and drive successful results.

Your Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Engage with stakeholders of diverse levels throughout the process to identify and address issues effectively.

Project Management

  • Formulate and implement project plans, overseeing milestones, documentation, and data to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Evaluate requirements, delineate scope, and manage schedules to achieve timely project completion.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
  • Coordinate and manage calendars for project-related meetings and activities.
  • Track and report on project status, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.

On-Site Onboarding

  • Plan and execute on-site onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all necessary resources are available for on-site activities.
  • Address any issues that arise during onboarding promptly and effectively.
  • Contribute to HR strategy and offer administrative support within clientsโ€™ existing framework during implementation.

Ongoing Client Training

  • Conduct demos and training sessions to facilitate end-user adoption of the product or service.
  • Develop customized training materials and programs tailored to the clientโ€™s needs.
  • Provide continuous training and support to ensure clients fully integrate the product into their operations.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve training programs and product functionality.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to introduce processes, outline scope, and provide demonstrations.

This Role is a Good Fit if You

  • Have a bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • Bring 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, and project management
  • Excel in project management, including calendaring, project timeline management, and status tracking
  • Are willing and able to travel for on-site onboarding, with travel requirements fluctuating from no travel to high volume during 30-90 day windows
  • Have demonstrated experience fostering client relationships and excel in relationship building
  • Possess 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field, preferred
  • Are proficient with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), UKG Ready preferred
  • Preferably have experience in the PEO or HR Shared Services industry

This position is remote.
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth and years of experience, certifications, and specific location.
