This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Developer in Spain.

In this role, you will play a key part in building, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions that support core business operations and drive efficiency across teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, primarily within Zoho CRM and connected tools. This position combines software development, automation, and systems integration in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. You will contribute to improving internal workflows, enabling better data usage, and supporting decision-making through reliable reporting and analytics. Acting as both a developer and technical problem-solver, you will help optimize processes and ensure seamless system performance. Accountabilities

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating CRM systems while ensuring they effectively support business processes and operational needs. You will collaborate with multiple teams to improve internal tools, automate workflows, and enhance system usability and performance.

  • Configure and customize Zoho CRM, including modules, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Develop scripts and automation to streamline repetitive processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement integrations between CRM and external tools using APIs, Zoho Flow, or similar platforms.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving incidents and improving system stability.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal applications and digital tools.
  • Document processes and support training to ensure effective adoption of systems across teams.

  • Requirements

    You bring hands-on experience in CRM development or technical support, ideally with Zoho, and are comfortable working across automation, integration, and data-driven environments. You combine strong technical skills with analytical thinking and a proactive mindset.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM development, technical support, or similar roles.
    • Strong experience with Zoho CRM or comparable CRM platforms.
    • Knowledge of programming, scripting, and workflow automation.
    • Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
    • Ability to generate reports and work with data for operational insights.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
    • High autonomy, proactivity, and ability to manage technical tasks independently.
    • Professional proficiency in Spanish and working knowledge of English.
