Implementation Engineer
The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the successful installation, integration and deployment of SailPoint IdentityNow SaaS and IdentityIQ software in client environments. In this client facing role you experience what it's like to help SailPoint's clients turn their Identity dreams into reality.
Responsibilities:

• Install, integrate and deploy the IdentityNow SaaS and IdentityIQ solutions in client environments.
• Work with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance.
• Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation.
• Conduct post-sale data gathering, analysis and documentation.

Requirements As a recent Sail-U candidate it's OK to know a few of these:

• Experience with some of the following:

• Setup / installing software on Windows and/or Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX)
• Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL
• XML, SPML, SOAP, REST, Web / Application Servers, HTML.
• Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Directories (LDAP, AD)
• QA usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts

Education:

• Computer Science or related Engineering degree

Location/Travel:

• Position is based in Mexico City, Mexico
