JOB SUMMARY

You will engage the customer at a variety of levels (Transit Manager, Transit Director, IT Director, IT Technician, Program Manager, and Compliance Coordinator) to design, configure, and implement a customized Genfare Link solution that will positively impact transit riders. You will work alongside a team of passionate implementation leads, program managers and technologists to deliver customer solutions and continuously improve Genfare products. In this position, you will interact with customers virtually and/or on-site. You will expand your design and technical skills while partnering with our customers. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and be a point of escalation for customers and Genfare team members alike
  • Understand the customer's challenges and business goals for each implementation by partnering with the program manager and customer throughout the implementation process
  • Manage multiple solution implementations and customers in partnership with the assigned program manager(s) with direction from the implementation manager as per the documented projects plans and prioritization
  • Perform software installations, upgrades and configuration across on-prem, SaaS, and embedded systems
  • Consult directly with the client during the implementation to set and meet customer expectations and gain system acceptance
  • Document, perform and report out on the internal end to end testing of the client's solution
  • Act as product champion leading initial customer acceptance testing and responding to customer questions and issues as they complete acceptance testing
  • Ability to get to root cause on customer questions/issues and provide direction to resolution
  • Keep up to date on new functionality by participating in internal demos and reviewing internal documentation
  • Travel to and stay at client site during implementation (up to 25% travel) to deliver best in class customer experience
  • Provide feedback on solution and process during retrospective events

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS-based professional services or Implementations team
  • At least 2 years of experience with AWS
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess quickly what a customer needs and translate that into configuration or integration specifications
  • Ability to lead and participate in successful client meetings
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take the lead delivering customer solutions
  • Ability to learn in fast paced environment and react quickly to changing priorities
  • Transit experience a plus
