Implementation Engineer

This position will report to the Director of Implementation Services and work closely with Delivery Managers and the Product Development Department. As an Implementation Engineer you will serve as a key resource for implementing our core product offerings: Patient Notify, Patient Engage and Patient Assist.
Responsibilities:● Assist Delivery Manager with assigned technology projects● Provide exceptional customer service to requests received via all mediums● Configure and deploy technology products based on customer requirements● Troubleshoot problems during Systems Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing● Provision middleware servers with BaaS
Minimum Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field● Experience with Windows, Linux (Ubuntu and Redhat) OS● Knowledge of backend and frontend technologies● Proficient with Mac IOS technology, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other similar technologies● Someone who needs very little direction and will own this role and do what is need to make each project a success ● Ability to multitask ● Ability to drop what you are currently working on to jump into a customer call to work with customers and troubleshoot issues 
Preferred Qualifications:● Experience with NextGen● Experience with SQL● Experience with Salesforce● Healthcare Technology & Communications is a plus
