Roles and Responsibilities

• Executes production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
• Good understanding of own discipline. Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
• Basic understanding of key business drivers, using this understanding to accomplish own work and how own area integrates with others.
• Autonomy to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering within a defined framed work. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. Develops strong customer relations and serves as the interface between customer and GE Vernova. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

For roles outside of the USA- This role requires experience in the Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
