We seek a talented individual for the Implementation Manager position at Dover Fueling Solutions. This individual will support the commercial team to enable and implement our Bulloch POS product roadmap for expansion in the U.S. and will report to the Director, BD for Bulloch Technologies. This role is responsible for working closely with the engineering team to implement the Bulloch POS solution that delivers a fully functional In-Pump EMV and supported interface.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing of Bullock POS for technical and functional capabilities to meet US market requirements.
  • Lead integration to Wayne dispensers and test all capabilities on iXpay2 platform, including 27" Anthem.
  • Identify and document new feature requirements and document proposed solution and use cases.
  • Lead technical discussions with fuel brands and customers.
  • Install lab systems and support fuel brand and customer labs through successful certification and UAT.
  • Act as customer escalation point for beta sites and customer initial installs.
  • Work closely with Bulloch and DFS teams to integrate new feature requests and resolve identified issues.
  • Build beta site profiles and define minimum site requirements.
  • Work with third parties to support seamless integration to Bulloch solution.
  • Represent DFS at Conexxus and ensure Bulloch solution meets industry standards.
  • Work closely with DFS commercial team to align on opportunities and prioritize efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and service organization.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge and experience in U.S C-store operations.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a technical role supporting c-store POS installations.
  • Experience in leading technical conversations with customers.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Have a customer-driven mindset.
