Implementation Manager
Job Description
As an Account Manager, your role will be to help our clients be successful while minimizing risk to Agora. This position is responsible for being point of contact to our existing originators within Agora, as well as being responsible for all day-to-day management for our portfolio of originators.
A diverse skill set composed of customer service and consulting is required to optimally provide Agora's originators with the support needed for a successful business relationship and to ensure compliance with our agreements. The Account Manager is a unique operations role that directly interacts with all departments within Agora. Importantly, working as a liaison between sales and the customer, handling the detailed responsibilities of the relationship.
What You'll Do:
- Manage clients that have signed Term Sheet's and navigating them through onboarding
- Assist in gathering documents for the Risk team to assist in renewals and approval of new originators
- Assist the risk team with data requests to ensure eligible collateral is compliant with the terms of our agreements and accounted for
- Track all loan covenants and acquiring compliance documentation
- Maintain regular follow-up with the clients through full customer relationship
- Work with clients to get ongoing loans boarded on a weekly basis
- Continued customer support dealing with account issues (Zen Desk)
- Regular communication with the sales, risk, and operations teams
- Manage borrowers' requests for funding and voids
- Provide guidance and support in response to client's business needs and strategies regarding their Borrowing Base and LOC
- Completion of additional projects, reporting and various tasks on an as needed basis
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years professional experience
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once through completion
- Outstanding customer service skills and professional correspondence both in person and electronically
- Detail oriented and can communicate effectively both externally and internally via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with software products like Salesforce, Excel, and Zen Desk
- Team oriented and can work well within a team setting
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, punctuality, and positive attitude
