The OneAMN Client Services Implementation Manager works with Clients and with other internal partners to deliver successful AMN Total Talent solutions. In this role, the Manager supports our customers with a combination of technical expertise, proven experience, and project management. The position requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve and remain proactive when taking care of Clients!

- Experience implementing/working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or implementing technology.
- Experience working within formal project plans, including management and updates.
Job Tasks:
- Directs and supports implementation of various types of OneAMN Client Services solutions, including but not limited to, Managed Services Programs (MSP), Recruitment Placement Outsourcing (RPO), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Participates in Client solution design meetings and the development of plans, methods, and procedures.
- Leads project plans and program deliverables from the corporate support role.
- Builds reports, presentations, process flows, program manuals, training materials, and any other artifacts required to support our implementations, and its suppliers, ensuring compliance, understanding, and reporting of all activities associated with the project.
- Supports knowledge transfers of contract requirements and service delivery.
- Collects and analyzes data.
- Leads supplier relationships, onboard vendors to Managed Service Programs, facilitates contract distribution, training, etc.
- Facilitation of, and participation within, internal and customer meetings, in-person or virtually, crafting meeting agendas and completing meeting minutes.
- Facilitates internal, customer, and supplier meetings, including training.
- Raises issues to the Implementation Director or Direct Leader for possible solutions, and partners with local management team.
- Owns the initiation, testing, and validation of the Vendor Management System (VMS).
- Handles implementation activity to ensure account setup, service levels, subcontractor invoices, and billing are in compliance with Company policies and the solution contract.
- Contract review and management of amendments as needed.
- Participates in the transition from Implementation to Operations following the successful completion of the project.
- Works/Partners directly with Program and Account Management to ensure satisfaction, providing full support for the success of a project Go-Live, through the Transition to their full Program Management.
- Works with all corporate departments supporting OneAMN Client Implementation Services accounts, including contracts for terms, amendments and supporting suppliers; payroll and reimbursement to ensure billing, collection, and reporting activities required by contracts are completed timely; finance and accounting for performance guarantee accruals, profit and loss issues, and allocation and expenses associated with the accounts implemented; and technology support to make program requests, acquire support for onsite space, customized reporting and interface requirements, and implementation of the web-based programs (or other designated technology platforms) at our Clients.
- Provides, implements, and ensures company policies and procedures as executive management advises.
- Performs additional duties/responsibilities that may be advised by the Vice President/Leadership that are not contained in the job description, however crucial to the success of the role/organization.
Education, Certifications & Experience
- Minimum Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Education/Certifications: Degree in Business or equivalent
- PMP certification desired
Minimum Experience:
- Prior implementation experience
- 5+ years of professional project management experience managing schedules, scope, resource plans, issues, risks, and change management

Pay Rate
$76,000 - $94,500 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
