Your impact. 

Technical Partner & External Data Source Operations

  • Utilize HealthJoy internal tools to set up new data integrations and SFTP connections
  • Execute technical requirements discussion with external partners and establish data feeds
  • Maintain existing data integrations with TPAs and other vendors
  • Maintain partner-facing technical requirements documentation
  • Maintain training along with tooling and process documentation for our external partners during onboarding in regards to data feeds
  • Serve as Internal and external point of contact for data feed troubleshooting
  • Support Leads in maintaining working relationships with partner & vendor technical teams including leading technical kick off calls, ongoing meetings as needed and sales meetings
  • Escalate issues to Tech Ops Lead where necessary
  • Execute ongoing technical requirements for HealthJoy's external vendor partners (i.e Teladoc)

Vendor Onboarding 

  • Develop and maintain working relationships with partner & vendor teams including leading onboarding calls, ongoing meetings as needed and sales meetings
  • Support Lead in defining and maintaining training along with tooling and process documentation for our external partners during onboarding in regards to Implementation
  • Support Lead in defining and maintaining partner-facing implementation requirements documentation
  • Internal and External point of contact for implementation process troubleshooting
  • Escalate issues to Tech Ops Lead where necessary
 

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to determine system builds to manage partner integration
  • Audit and monitor standards for internal data processing in adherence to HealthJoy standard operating procedures
  • Work with Partner Success to ensure health and optimization of results with vendor partners
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure health and optimization of results with clients within our vendor partners book of business
  • Support partner technical discussions around data feeds in partnership with Internal Teams, TPAs and additional Partners
  • Work in conjunction with internal teams to determine resolutions for any data discrepancies
  • Define and maintain training along with tooling and process documentation for internal teams
  • Train and transition the monitoring daily data feeds to ensure consistency and successful processing
  • Support Implementation team where needed in regards to onboarding/implementing embedded clients
 Your experience.
  • 2-5+ years professional experience in Benefits
  • Knowledge of Health and Welfare benefits and/or implementation; especially experience with benefit EDI processes 
  • Impeccable attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, follow through and independence 
  • Demonstrated success independently managing and implementing complex projects, with keen attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to independently resolve problems and think critically 
  • Effective communicator with demonstrated experience partnering with clients and technical partners
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality, with the ability to think two steps ahead on every project
  • Strong proficiency in Excel required
  • SQL experience preferred but not required

Job Level: 30

Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $85,000 - $100,000 Annually 

The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.

HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes. This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance. 

HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. 

At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
