Implementation Manager
Job Description
The Implementation Manager will oversee a team of Web & Implementation Analysts to implement our SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, client success management, and technical implementation. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for ensuring all implementation / onboarding projects stay on track, maintain scope, and meet the end goals and expectations of the client.
Requirements
- Manage a team of Analysts for the end-to-end implementation of the Elevar SaaS solutions, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and technical teams to identify and define requirements and scope of work for implementations
- Help develop project plans, manage project timelines, and track progress against milestones
- Provide regular updates and status reports to clients, stakeholders, and Elevar management
- Manage project risks and proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions
- Lead client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and ensure buy-in and alignment
- Conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance checks on implementations
- Work with the product team to configure, customize, and integrate the Elevar product with third-party marketing destinations to meet the growing needs of our clients
- Develop and maintain project documentation and deliverable templates
Must Have Experience with
- 5+ years of experience in project management, client management, and technical implementation with SaaS solutions
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams
- Technical proficiency with SaaS solutions, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
