Implementation Manager

We are transforming and accelerating clinical trials, to help get life-saving treatments to patients faster and accelerate innovation in healthcare. To that end, we build a cutting-edge software suite that connects all clinical research stakeholders, from research teams to treating physicians, patients, and study sponsors on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, powered by AI.

Deep 6 AI is looking for a passionate, mission-driven Implementation Manager to join our team and help our customers adopt our world-class Clinical Trials Acceleration Software (CTAS).

If you have experience with healthcare data and are adept at the latest and greatest project management best practices and processes, we’d love to talk to you. If that talk goes well, we’d like you to lead implementation projects alongside some of the top research hospitals in the US. 

We are looking for someone who has an excellent project manager skillset - well organized, communicates effectively within Deep 6 and with customers, understands the critical path and spots blockers before they happen. But beyond this, we are looking for someone who will thrive in a startup environment, who can be flexible and suggest process improvements as we grow. Finally, we need someone who is a true professional with our customers, building strong relationships and helping them navigate a complex process. 

What You'll Do

• Lead key project meetings with the customer and cross-functional project stakeholders to gather requirements, design an appropriate solution, and present the complete project plan
• Own the Implementation Phase for new customer relationships and act as client's primary point of contact throughout the implementation
• Manage all aspects of the data acquisition process for live customers, coordinating internally with Deep 6 AI engineers and externally with customers to get access to required systems
• Create and maintain documentation that supports the collection, management, and reporting of all project related information
• Develop, document and distribute contingency plans for critical events
• Provide regular updates and keep project stakeholders informed throughout the project
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying and providing recommendations for project management process improvements, helping streamline the data acquisition for customers and Deep 6 team
• Help manage internal priorities by tracking, reviewing, and evaluating progress across multiple projects
• Identify gaps in products or internal processes and contribute to innovative solutions

About You

• Must have: Experience leading customer relationships, client relationship management, preparing for and running customer calls
• Nice to haves: Experience with technical/data projects, experience with healthcare, especially related to electronic health records or healthcare data
• 2+ years of relevant experience
