About the job

Our Implementation Manager will own the critical early phase of the customer lifecycle and will work closely with multiple clients to plan and execute program implementations while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. As an individual contributor, you’ll ensure an excellent first experience for our clients.

Minimum experience for this role includes 3 or more years of client implementation and/or project management experience with a proven track record of utilizing best practices to deliver timely implementation with an excellent client experience. Our ideal candidate is a concise and proactive communicator who has a passion for older adults, is detail-oriented and focused on process improvement. 

What you’ll do as an implementation manager

  • Plan and manage implementation projects using standard project management tools

  • Support the Customer Success team in understanding customer goals, priorities, and scope, and work collaboratively to ensure that project launch and reporting meets those goals

  • Maintain current project plan with status and communicate implementation performance internally and to the customer

  • Execute the details of implementation and launch, including collaboration with:

    • Member Engagement team to ensure collateral and user engagement specifications are met and on time

    • Customer Success, Sales, Member Engagement and Product/Engineering teams to coordinate and prioritize launch deliverables and timelines

    • Analytics and Member Engagement teams to ensure timely and consistent reporting and analysis on launch and program performance

    • Client required engagement material approvals and processes

  • Facilitate timely and effective client communication, establishing transparency and shared accountability

  • Identify project issues and risks early; create clear and actionable mitigation plans and escalate when appropriate

  • Facilitate documentation of compliance and security standards to meet client requirements

  • Manage client invoicing procedures to ensure accurate and timely payment

  • Produce client reporting

  • Provide backup to the Nymbl Support team

What you bring

  • 3+ years’ experience with demonstrated track record of successfully launching programs on time and with excellence in a cross functional setting

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management and process improvement

  • Outstanding communication skills, proactive and transparent approach

  • Strong sense of accountability and bias toward action

  • Proven ability to partner internally across functions and with external partners

  • Demonstrated history of taking initiative and driving to success independent of direction

  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management

  • Strong experience crafting and communicating project plans

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and customers simultaneously while maintaining excellence

  • Ability to engage with older adults directly in an effective way, providing excellent technical assistance and experience

  • Natural curiosity and a desire to learn quickly and grow

  • The highest level of integrity

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing and supporting B2B & B2C health & technology programs

  • Passion for supporting older adults’ health

  • Experience with Google Workspace, Smartsheet, HubSpot, Slack, JIRA

  • PMP certification

  • Experience with, or certification in, process improvement methodologies: Six Sigma, Agile, Lean, Model for Improvement

  • Experience providing technical support to older adults

Salary Range: $90,000-100,000
