About the Role:
Unite Us is hiring an Implementation Manager (Embedded Customers) with strong project management and communication skills and a passion for public health. This role will support our current remote implementation model along with a new model of customer project standup that focuses on temporarily embedding Unite Us team members with a customer in the early stages of partnership to provide expedited delivery and early ROI for customers with significant business impact. We are looking for strategic-minded individuals with strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to think on their feet, and expertise in executing a best-in-class implementation process. This role includes a willingness to travel for extended periods of time based on customer needs, proven experience in managing complex customer relationships, and an ability to respond to rapidly changing situations with decisive action that furthers time to value for our customers.
This is a role that spans from strategic to tactical thinking, with relationship-building at its core. During the onboarding period, this role will work with key stakeholders (onsite or remotely), proactively assess customer workflows and system adoption, consulting with the client to celebrate successes, drive larger strategy and advising on areas that need attention or improvement.Â

What You’ll Do:Â
- Lead large scale implementations including client meetings, workflow assessment and configuration, and go live support
- Guide customer through the strategy, design, project plan development, and when applicable the rapid response implementation of a Coordinated Care Network from end-to-end
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders community partners, service providers, and other stakeholders in the health and human services space to launch coordinate care networks
- Plan, manage, and monitor projects for clients with varying complexities 
- Ensure that cross-team dependencies are identified and completed in a timely manner, confirming that internal specialized teams have the information needed to complete assigned deliverables 
- Maintain accuracy of all internal systems to warrant effective management of project pipeline and project resources 
- Function as escalation point for customer onsite needs and those supporting the project
- Manage and scope customer collateral needs training plans, client-specific workflow documentation, and marketing collateral

- Have at least 3 years of experience in a business, public health, or social services environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – you’re an active listener who can break down complex ideas, analyze data to pull out insights, tell a story and drive action

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S. based
- The target pay range for this role is: $80,000-$85,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.
- This position may require 50% travel
- All team members in departments that must be available for in person meetings (currently Customer Success, Networks & Sales) must submit proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster, or receive an approved accommodation. Accommodations will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
