Implementation Manager - REMOTE (USA)

This is a remote role with 50-75% travel
Ambry's CARE (comprehensive assessment, risk, and education) program offers a fully automated, end-to-end solution for standardizing risk assessments and incorporating genomics and other health initiates into routine clinical care. The implementation manager (IM) will take on the lead project management role for onboarding and launching the CARE program at clinics, hospital systems, healthcare organizations, IDNs, and beyond. The IM will work closely with the sales team and others at Ambry, to ensure clients are advancing from the contracting phase, through implementation, to launching of successful CARE programs. Travel 50-75% of the time is required, primarily within a defined geographical region. Potential to be involved in other field-based client installs outside of the CARE program as well.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of CARE implementation, including obtaining client needs, managing expectations and project deliverables, communicating milestones to key stakeholders, training healthcare staff and providers, workflow observations, customization and portal setup based on client needs, advise and troubleshoot, facilitate integrations and/or schedule file data transfers, and coordinating launch support and strategy.
- A critical aspect of this position is to problem solve. The IM will identify, understand and foresee barriers to CARE implementation and launching, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to overcome barriers.
- Responsible for establishing process creation and flows to meet the needs of our clients
- Travel 50% of the time is required, primarily within a defined geographical region. Over time, the goal is to utilization of virtual client support
- Obtain voice of customer and work with Software Solutions and other key stakeholders to identify feature enhancement opportunities that could improve our implementation process, growth opportunities, client relationships, and/or our CARE program overall
- Assist with developing and ensuring appropriate implementation of CARE policies and procedures.
- Serve as the go-to source of CARE knowledge for our clients and our sales team, to help all parties involved to be successful.
- Acts as internal and external champion of the CARE program
- Lead cross departmental collaboration across Ambry. Work with the enterprise solutions executives, enterprise sales directors, marketing, account executives, area sales directors, genomic science liaisons, client solutions, software solutions, developers, technical implementation managers, integration architects, and others.
- Collect and report on key performance indicators for clients and internally
- Responsible for successfully transitioning accounts once a successful go-live is completed
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed by manager
Education and Knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience• Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, database management, and web technologies are required. • Working knowledge of software development processes and procedures is a plus• Knowledge of genetics and/or the genetic testing industry also a plus• Understanding of healthcare space

Experience:
• 2-4 years of project management, implementation, onboarding, SaaS, sales support, and/or related experiences • Ideal candidate will have some project management experience and/or training.• Previous experience working with healthcare providers, staff, and/or executives is a plus

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
