Position Overview
As an Implementation Marketing Manager, you are responsible for leading the development and execution of key Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) and Patient Access materials, aligned with ViiV Healthcare business objectives. This position is based in Durham, NC and requires close stakeholder collaboration across various functions, including marketing, market access, hub services, and field leadership. We are seeking a creative thinker, collaborator and effective communicator that has experience working in a fast-paced matrix environment and is passionate about our mission.
This role will provide/gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop patient services and reimbursement tactics and materials, including websites and digital media, to increase customer awareness of patient access programs.
- Effectively manage agency relationships ensuring all projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Manage projects through the copy approval process- these include the prioritization of projects and project schedules across teams, such as agency partners, promotions management and ViiV marketing team.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Market Access, and other internal stakeholders on patient access marketing strategy.
- Assist in development of professional creative concepts, strategies, and message development.
- Consistently establish detailed timelines and manage projects to those timelines.
- Evaluate and set project budgets, work with agency/finance to ensure progressing according to budget.
- Identify/build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders that are grounded in trust/mutual respect.
- Effectively lead internal cross-functional teams, including Copy Approval, external partners, and project teams to achieve maximum results that drive the business.
- Foster open communication among project team members, network and build alliances in a spirit of collaboration.
- 10-20% domestic travel
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- Minimum 4+ years pharmaceutical experience to include Marketing and/or related Commercial roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in marketing and/or patient access and financial programs.
- Experience organizing, leading, motivating matrix teams and agencies.
- Field Reimbursement experience
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), with the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups and senior leaders.
- Proven project management skills and track record of success
