Implementation Project Manager
Job Description
Main Purpose
We're hiring a self-motivated Implementation Project Manager. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are delivered on time. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The role may require at least 25-50% of time on-site during any implementation US-wide. Working in the implementation team, the role of the Project Manager (PM) is to take responsibility for the implementation of the Indeed Flex solutions. The PM will undertake the overall implementation of the Indeed Flex product. Responsible for liaising with Indeed Flex internal stakeholders and the client. The purpose of the PM is to ensure smooth, on-time implementation of Indeed Flex solutions.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other internal staff members • Deliver all project requirements, within the pre-defined project plan and timescale i.e. requirements definition, market reviews and technology solution and vendor management recommendations backed up with sound understanding of the overall Indeed Flex service & technology solution.
• Demonstrates the effective scoping and delivery of a complete project, including solution design, and implementation planning, through to successful project execution and management. Measured by hitting project milestones, passing project quality gate criteria, and go-live on time.
• Meet with clients to take detailed briefs of current processes and clarify specific requirements of each project. Create a process flow for sign-off and agree on the go-live date.
• Take accountability for all elements of the project to ensure successful delivery, overseeing the project methodology, services and documentation is kept to a professional standard across the business. • Identify, quantify and flag any risks and issues to the success of projects to overall Project owners. Work with stakeholders to manage and mitigate risks and issues.
• Stay focused on the overall project management, holding all projects in sync and managing dependencies between areas, objectives, issues, and risks among all work streams and team members - maintaining a high-level viewpoint and deep diving into details as needed.
• Create a weekly report summarising the progress of projects and update the team on the status of implementation.
• Liaise with Indeed Flex product team with regards to feedback or technology enhancements. Manage client expectations and follow-up.

• Relationship building - uses understanding of the psychology of relationships, individuals and situations to plan and build long term mutually advantageous relationships with clients
• Stakeholder mapping and management - understands and maps the power relationships in the client, develops and delivers action plans to actively manage stakeholders to achieve account objectives
Qualifications and Skills
• You will have experience in managing multiple projects and change within an operational environment. • Experienced managing key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, and ensuring effective communication & project plans are in place.
• Project Management qualification or working towards qualification.
• Ability to produce high-quality project plans and reports indicating the key elements of a project in relation to status, ROI, risk, forecasting, business case and implementation plan and ongoing change management in a moving environment. Maintain quality document management.
• You will have experience of working as part of a team driving excellent business performance.
