This role: A day and week in the life…

• Lead software implementations assisting customers with requirements definition, system configuration, tracking progress, and assessing and mitigating risk throughout.
• Manage relationships and communication (i.e. internal, client, 3rd party vendor) related to schedule, scope, changes, and budget.
• Create documentation and mitigation plans.

This role: You will be successful in this role if you…

• Worked for at least two years implementing SaaS Software.
• Earned a BA/BS degree in a related field and PMP Certified or have equivalent work experience.
• Familiar with no-code/low-code integration platforms, SQL, data analytic and data warehouse software preferred.
• Passionate about helping non-profit clients with transformative change.
