Implementation Project Manager

Location: This role is remote and open to candidates nationwide in the United States.

AbacusNext is an industry-leading vertical SaaS provider for the compliance-focused Professional Services market. We provide purpose-built, cloud-based solutions for small and medium-sized Legal and Accounting firms to support a secure and cloud-enabled practice.

Requirements

You will:

• Spend most of your day leading the implementation of software implementations
• Manage the Project Lifecycle of multiple projects (up to 40) simultaneously from start to completion
• Lead client meetings, manage the partnership between internal and external stakeholders
• Write specs, maintain project documentation, user stories
• Manage scope, time, budget, goals, scheduling, updates and strategy of projects
• Communicate functionality and incorporate feedback.
• Communicate project status to management
• Utilize software such as Azure DevOps, SalesForce, Confluence, etc.
• Assist in planning & execution strategies of application customizations
• Assist in software development requests
• Coordinate engineering service engagements
• Manage post-implementationfollow-up activities

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Proven prior work experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior client-facing roles - managing the client experience
• Highly organized and experienced in multi-tasking
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong learner with an aptitude for technology
• Strong collaboration skills, customer service driven
• Experience managing IT Projects from start to completion
• Microsoft Office proficient
• PMP certified - a PLUS
• Experience Utilizing SalesForce, Azure DevOps, Confluence a PLUS
• Experience with Agile Methodologies a PLUS
• Experience with Legal Practice Management software a PLUS
• Experience working in Cloud Environments a PLUS
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with small to large legal practice customers and have direct experience working across line of businesses implementing or integrating one software platform to another.
