Job Description
In the role of Implementation Project Manager, your job will be to ensure
enterprise clients are ready to go live by working directly with client contacts providing
them with an excellent experience during our on-boarding process and through ongoing
relationships.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all operational aspects of assigned
- enterprise products
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients by guiding them through their first 60 to 90 days of implementation utilizing emails, in-app tools, and facilitating client facing activities
- Delegate set-up tasks to clients and follow up to ensure completion
- Respond to and resolve client questions and assist with process related needs during the transition to our products
- Work cross functionally to assist in supporting any development requirements or third-party integrations
- Assist in building and maintaining the necessary tools and resources to enable a self-serve onboarding experience including email campaigns, in-app guides, and client facing webinars
- Monitor trends in key performance indicators of client implementation success and execute on strategies to improve performance
- Proactively call and email assigned clinics throughout the year to check on their satisfaction and to promote customer loyalty
- Up-selling of additional services, when appropriate
- Utilize strategies to reduce customer churn
- Document and maintain processes in project management software(Monday.com)
- Cross train with related enterprise products and assist teammates as needed
- Manage and follow-up on tasks in a timely manner
- Meet and maintain productivity goals
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Excellence in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to listen well and empathize with others
- Process driven and high attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with excellence in critical thinking and analytical experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work amongst competing tasks
- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
- Experience with helpdesk tools
- Experience in all Microsoft Office tools
To be successful in this role, Implementation Project Manager, Enterprise must have:
- An in-depth understanding of our products
- Experience with SaaS onboarding
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the ability to search for and organize data.
- A working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar software
- The ability to identify unspoken red flags and upgrade potential.
- Ability to follow internal processes accurately.
- The ability to navigate a SaaS product for gathering information and supporting clients in onboarding
Preferred experience
- Experience in healthcare
- A working knowledge of a CMS-1500 Claim Form and insurance billing.
- A working knowledge of clearinghouses to complete payer enrollments and identify and investigate issues.
