WHO WE ARE
Pallet is a company dedicated to disrupting the logistics industry. Located in San Francisco, CA, we've secured $21 million in funding from investors, including Bain Capital Ventures and Bessemer.
Our flagship product is a cartage Transportation Management System (TMS) designed to streamline business operations. We've eliminated data entry, integrated warehouse management, automated billing processes, and more. At Pallet, we provide end-to-end logistics visibility, control, and optimization. Our TMS and Warehouse Management System (WMS) offer the tools to enhance logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction with faster and more reliable delivery times for carriers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re building a world-class Account Management team committed to helping customers realize the full potential of Pallet. You’ll help onboard new carriers to the Pallet TMS platform while maintaining a strong commitment to our customers' goals and success.
SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

Work one-on-one with customers to implement the Pallet platform across all their core workflows: order entry, dispatch, billing, and driver settlement.

Lead virtual and onsite training sessions on all of Pallet’s core workflows to help customers realize the full value of the Pallet TMS platform.

Manage the post-sales relationship with our customers to ensure they achieve their business goals using Pallet.

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve and troubleshoot customer issues as well as provide feedback on product enhancements

Support in the development and documentation of processes and best practices.
YOU HAVE
-
Excited to travel up to 75% annually by plane required.
-
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Consultant, or Customer Success at a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Stellar communication, presentation, relationship-building skills, and a deep commitment to driving an exceptional customer experience.

Proven project management experience, deploying multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to effectively collaborate with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams.

Must live near a major airport.

POSITION'S COMPENSATION RANGE
$65,000 - $80,000
