POSITION SUMMARY:

The Implementation Project Manager will drive process standards throughout the Customer On-Boarding and Implementation process. This position will provide program oversight through operational excellence as well as world class customer service.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose and Requirements

  • Develop and drive process standards throughout Implementation process to ensure service activities meet customer standards for quality, cost and delivery. Build and maintain positive relations with all customers preceding, during and following all professional agreements made between Agiliti and the customer.
  • Ensure projects are planned and executed in-line with the PMO approach utilizing Project Tools
    • Project team roles and responsibilities identified
    • Best Practices of tools and resources are utilized consistently
    • Risk and Issue identification, escalation
    • Deployment planning, management, and transition to live operation
    • Operational support plans
  • Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.
  • Manage multiple implementations by executing on timelines and customer expectations ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Ensure best practices and tools are utilized throughout Implementation team. Continuously improve the implementation process by auditing past programs and making recommendations for change.
  • Maintain consistent messaging through the implementation including professional communication deliverables.

Equipment Inventory:

  • Work in conjunction with COE inventory team lead to complete precise equipment inventory throughout facilities by recording data accurately and effectively
  • Work with Human Resources to hire new Program employees through collection of paperwork, administering hiring assessments and preparing the employee for the position.
  • Train new employees using Program Training materials; ensuring engagement and interaction among the new team.
  • Continuously improve training strategy through planning, creation and execution of training to field operational employees.

Hospital Relations:

  • Build relationships with Hospital Champions through regular communication during weekly implementation conference calls, formal and informal meetings and serve as a liaison to the Hospital.

Facility Setup:

  • Work with the Hospital to obtain adequate facility space for the Asset360 program including all requirements needed for success
  • Direct office space set up through planning, purchasing of supplies and preparing identified space for Asset360 operations.

Go Live Team:

  • Plan for a successful go-live week by organizing additional support and ensuring customer and staff are knowledgeable
  • Hold a follow-up discussion with all parties involved to wrap up the implementation and determine next steps
  • Determine Partnership Review and Survey schedule with the customer

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years' experience in positions in Project Management or Operations equivalent role.
  • At least 5 years' project experience, in a role that requires involvement and understanding of change leadership
  • Aware of industry and professional standards (e.g. ISO 13485:2016/Joint Commission Standards).
  • 3-5 years' experience in creating and leading collaborative teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or other related field required

  • Applying standards - Effective in the application of relevant industry and process standards to all tasks undertaken.
  • Industry Developments - Must take initiative to ensure skills and specializations are kept up to date in line with industry developments and ensure that all relevant skill sets are current.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding of medical equipment manufacturer needs, product lines, operational and sales goals, objectives and issues, with a focus on Services.
  • Ability to manage client needs and relations effectively.
  • Ability to travel up to 70%
