Job OverviewAs an Implementation Project Manager, you will work alongside several teammates to analyze and manipulate customer data for successful implementation of our solutions. This could include defining the purpose and configuring the products to meet the customer's needs, all while providing the highest level of support and assistance for the customer. In addition, you will partner with the customer throughout the testing phase and provide instruction to Administrators and End Users to be set up for effective management.

On any day you might:
  • Gather and reformat data from customer's accounting system to prepare for implementation
  • Partner with leadership to analyze customer data to prevent potential product errors or exceptions
  • Consult Project Manager on best software configuration to meet the customer requirements
  • Lead product configuration and testing phases with accuracy and consistency
  • Facilitate product training to customers in a web and/or in-person setting to educate on usage and administration once live
  • Assist Project Manager during various phases of implementation such as troubleshooting issues, optimizing the product configuration, and answer how-to questions

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree, or minimum 2 years of professional work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer facing experience
