We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, mission-driven projects within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of SaaS-based solutions for public sector clients, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding decisions through data-driven insights and best practices. Accountabilities:
- Lead and execute complex implementation projects for public sector clients from initiation to completion.
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee quality assurance, execution, reporting, and contract compliance for all project deliverables.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize processes.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and implement process improvements to enhance outcomes.
- Navigate and resolve escalations proactively, maintaining high client satisfaction and project standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex projects, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to manage distributed or remote teams effectively.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), project management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience or interest in public service, citizen engagement, legislative processes, or government communications.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Preferred: experience with web accessibility standards, testing tools, and remediation workflows.
