The main function of theβ―Implementation Project Specialist is to support the growth of Syndigo client relationships by aiding Onboarding, Data Mapping, and Tier 2 Support teams in delivering high quality service to our clients. In addition, this individual will be responsible for driving fast-paced implementations, a growth-oriented culture, and creating an industry-leading experience for all Syndigo clients and partners.

The main function of theβ―Implementation Project Specialist is to support the growth of Syndigo client relationships by aiding Onboarding, Data Mapping, and Tier 2 Support teams in delivering high quality service to our clients. In addition, this individual will be responsible for driving fast-paced implementations, a growth-oriented culture, and creating an industry-leading experience for all Syndigo clients and partners.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Have experience in Project Management managing 10-20 projects at a time.
- Provide regular reporting on client implementation progress, as well as analysis of usage trends and service opportunities.
- Manage implementation plan deliverables according to contract specifications, as required.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of progress reporting, including data gathering, analysis, presentation creation, and logistical support.
- Support the implementation process for clients, including handling of project plan and all necessary logistics.
- Attend client events and onsite visits, as necessary; track, analyze and report on client data (such as attendance) and progress.
- Help implement and manage client communication plans to support client implementations, program usage and growth, in accordance with overall account strategy.
- Participate in onboarding activities for new clients.
- Work closely with support and internal teams to research and resolve client inquiries and exception requests, as required, and coordinate client notification/communication plans.
- Support client requests, including coordination with internal stakeholders, updating documentation, and communications.
- Act as a representative of the implementation team at all times and assist in other duties as assigned.
- Project a professional and positive image in all interactions with visitors, Syndigo employees and clients; and maintain confidentiality regarding company and client business.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans including resource assignments, due dates, milestones, and critical path.
- Manage and track all deliverables to the work/project plan, own the plan, ensure on time delivery. Collaborate with other project managers, delivery managers, and senior managers to align resources to the plan
- Provide clear, timely, and consistent communication to all stake holders
- Identify possible hurdles and technical challenges and coordinate with the appropriate teams to resolve
- Engage client and internal resources to ensure buy in at all levels, updating documentation and communications
- Successfully and effectively manage simultaneous, diverse implementation projects on schedule, within defined timelines and with high customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- BA in Business Administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must have Project Management Experience
- Direct experience working with clients in a business setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to learn other technology software.
- Proven ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on findings.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills and responsiveness.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting in front of client employees.
- High degree of comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, new projects, and multiple deliverables.
- Comfort level with 10% travel
