UKG is seeking a customer-focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our EverthingBenefits Implementation Team. EB strives to deliver exceptional quality service through the life cycle of our customer partnership. The Implementation Representative is the project contact who completes tasks and coordinates with the other internal partners implementing the customer.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Work closely with clients to understand their needs and assure they have an amazing experience
β’ Be responsible for new end-user client engagement and all pre/post-implementation support
β’ Be a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to implement clients to our solutions and manage their accounts
β’ Establish and deepen relationships with partners by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support
β’ Support clients through the implementation process by applying strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
β’ 1-3 years of experience in the HCM field or using a SaaS web-based
application
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent HCM experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience with EDI and 834 files
β’ Exceptional communication and follow-up skills -both oral and written -with strong attention to detail
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
β’ 1- 3 years in an Account Management-type role
β’ Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize, multi-task
