We know our technology is only as good as our team, so to support our continued growth, we're looking for an Implementation Solutions Architect to ensure a successful on-boarding and integration experience for our global customers. This is a high-impact, business critical role offering the opportunity to drive process innovation in the implementation of Microblink's products.
As Implementation Solutions Architect, you will:

• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Customer Success and Project Management to capture customer requirements, devise a delivery strategy and act as the technical point of contact for Identity product integrations.
• Articulate use cases and deliver product demonstrations highlighting product features and functionality for partner stakeholders comprised of diverse end users, from executives to engineers
• Solve complex technical problems and design innovative solutions uniquely tailored to meet customer objectives, offering recommendations around integrations, migration strategies and supported architectures to ensure successful product implementations.
• Mitigate risk by identifying critical project dependencies & gaps.

You might be right for us if you:

• Offer 3+ years of experience as a customer-facing technical expert, leading complex software implementation projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization.
• Are well-versed in best-practices in DevOps, offering the following technical proficiencies: cloud integrations, Linux bash scripting, Postgres & MongoDB and deploying applications in Kubernetes. Bonus points if you also offer experience with Jenkins and/or other CI tool(s).
• Care deeply about the customer experience, offering exceptional business acumen and a commitment to solving complex problems to achieve high-impact outcomes that drive operational success.
• Have a bias to action with a high risk tolerance and thrive in a culture of innovation, where ideation, experimentation and iteration are encouraged.
• Are polished and professional, with exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical information into easily understood terms.
