Implementation Specialist

We are currently looking for a Implementation Specialist to join our team. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the implementation of products within the Relatient product suite. The Implementation Specialist works closely with the Client Operations Manager to support implementation through completion of implementation tasks, ensuring the project adheres to scope and time frame guidelines
Responsibilities of the Implementation Specialist
- Responsible for implementation of data and system usage for new and existing customers that utilize Relatient products.
- Support customers by adhering to project management commitments to deliver a high degree of customer service that will result in providing the ideal workflow process, offering continuous process improvement and enable long-term customer retention.
- Manage account reviews including account setup and make recommendations for configuration improvement
- Collaborate with Relatient teams including support, Client Operations Manager, software design, integration, and account management to ensure the proper on-boarding of service
- Be an expert on how the Relatient applications are used and configured
- Understand interfaces with PM/EMR systems and Relatient configurations
- Participates in departmental/branch meetings and training sessions to exchange ideas and develop knowledge and skills - this includes educating the customer support staff on the customer's setup.
- Overall review and analysis of ongoing implementation issues to identify root causes
- Provides support throughout the customer life cycle with external product partner offerings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree is required
- 1-3 years of experience in project management in the information technology and healthcare sector is preferred
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Has experience influencing internal and external stakeholders in order to drive success
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite of software
- Experience with MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL helpful.
Travel:
Travel should not exceed 5%. Travel to the corporate and client sites as needed for training and/or meetings.
