Job Summary
The Implementation Lead is the connection between our new and existing clients, external vendors, Quantum Health Client Onboarding Department, and the Information Technology groups needed to successfully and seamlessly bring new clients into the Quantum Health family as well as maintaining existing client's technology needs. The ideal individual will be able to challenge and help improve the operation of the team including their performance and capabilities. This person will need to balance the internal information and data needs of Client Onboarding, Senior Leadership, and various Information Technologies groups to ensure the experience for the client is smooth. This individual is also crucial to the new capabilities of Quantum Health by championing the needs of new clients with our Product team. Additionally, this individual must have great communication skills to be able to clearly discuss with team members and stakeholders the implementation needs and know when to notify the correct business owners along the process.

Guide Data and Partner Technology Operations teams as Project Manager and implementation lead through coaching previously agreed upon process and practicesProvide visibility and traceability into the work flowing through the team. Work with team on refining processes and practices through continuous improvement activities.

Engage with Client Onboarding team, Data team, new clients, and vendors to understand needs during implementation. Act as conduit between your team and Client Onboarding team, new clients, and vendors. Work with Client Onboarding team to demonstrate progress, identify risks, and prepare organization for new clients.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technology or business-related field.
- Basic understanding of information technology and software development.
- Understanding of data transfer technologies, including protocols and security.
- Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting, facilitation, and collaboration.
- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Ability to lead individuals who may not be direct reports.
- Continuous improvement and agile mindset.
- Be prepared to succeed in a fast moving, rapidly changing environment.
- Possess a servant leadership personality, (leads by example, rolls up sleeves to clear blockers and contribute as needed).
- A coaching and mentoring approach to cultivate the team's culture.
- A natural curiosity to explore and try new approaches, technologies and techniques.
- Previous Scrum Master and/or Project Management experience a plus
- Experience with work tracking system such as Jira.
