The Implementation team at Syndigo is responsible for initial client training and enablement. A Syndigo Implementation Specialist creates/provisions accounts, provides training, and guides clients through their implementation experience with Syndigo, with a goal of accelerating the first time to value, total time to value for the customer, and facilitate successful client adoption.  The Implementation Specialist ensures Syndigo delivers value throughout the entirety of the enablement process.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Follow the standard process and best practices to bring clients onboard and online in the stipulated timeframe to ensure revenue recognition per forecast. 
  • Create/configure new client accounts.
  • Deliver end user training to clients, which may include technical personnel, senior executives, and administrative staff. 
  • Accelerate value realization and ensure client adoption. 
  • Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans, and communicate status to other Syndigo team members, management, and clients as needed. 
  • Maintain a high level of process quality and consistency as well as an excellent relationship with the customer. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication. 
  • Act as a representative of the Implementation Team at all times and assist in other duties as assigned. 
  • Project a professional and positive image in all interactions with visitors, Syndigo employees, and clients. Maintain confidentiality regarding company and client business.

  • Track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conducive to successful team engagement
  • Works independently, has good judgment and consistent follow-through
  • Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Solid, functional Salesforce.com application knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively with demanding customers
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in simple of terms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-3 years related Customer experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
