About The Role
This position plays a key role within our Schedulay team, focusing on overseeing the seamless implementation of new clients. This role will be tasked with efficiently managing the implementation project and its associated resources, ensuring a successful transition of clients to Schedulay's cutting-edge scheduling software.

Responsibilities
Implementation

  • Develop and execute project plans, review milestones, documentation, and data to ensure tasks are completed according to plan
  • Assess requirements, plan within scope, and manage schedule to ensure on time completion
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders of various levels throughout process to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and deliver presentations throughout to introduce process, overview scope, provide demonstrations
  • Work within established processes to ensure efficiency and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure plan is executing smoothly
  • Monitor information sharing
  • Conduct Process Improvement Analysis
  • Participate in administrative support within clients’ current structure during implementation
  • Lead client discovery and consultation meetings
  • Monitor and escalate new account status to Director of Operations
  • Resolve concerns and escalations per protocol

This Role is a Good Fit if You

  • Have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field
  • Possess 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • Possess previous experience in Senior Living operations, with a preference for expertise in scheduling
  • Exhibit familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards related to staffing and scheduling
  • Have a proven track record of effectively implementing and supporting software solutions
  • Bring experience in working with scheduling software or labor management systems is highly desirable
  • Have proven success in a multi-client facing role
  • Ideally, possess prior experience in a startup environment
  • Embrace a customer service-focused mentality
