About this role:

We're in search of a Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you'll take charge of moving our clients' data from their old platforms to ours a task that involves coordination accuracy checks scheduling and execution. It's a complex but crucial job that ensures our clients' smooth transition to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end process of data migration from initial planning to the final push of the 'red button.'

• Work closely with clients and our team including CRM and payment system reps to gather and verify all necessary data files.

• Determine the best times for migration setting schedules that work for all parties involved.

• Ensure clear ongoing communication with everyone involved to keep the process transparent and address any concerns.

• Handle software related to data migration confidently even if you're not coming from a programming background.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong command of English both written and spoken as you'll be dealing extensively with clients and our internal team.

• Solid technical skills especially with standard software packages used in data migration.

• Experience in managing complex projects keeping track of all the moving parts without dropping the ball.

• A sharp eye for detail crucial in catching and avoiding errors in the data migration process.

• High energy and a proactive approach are key; you'll need to be on the ball and ready to tackle challenges head-on.

• Organizational prowess essential for juggling the multiple aspects of data migration projects.
