The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for broker and clients, addressing their basic and enrollment related inquiries and concerns.
  • Work closely with producers, brokers, and clients to provide streamlined implementation solutions.
  • Lead client and team to collect information necessary to provide enrollment support and communications.
  • Manage and maintain scope, implementation plan, and timeline for all parties during the implementation process.
  • Record and track progress on a weekly basis and provide status updates.
  • Provide marketing support through fliers, email campaigns, mini-websites as needed.
  • Schedule Benefits Counselors, provide necessary materials, and maintain ongoing support during the enrollment process.
  • Document all correspondence regarding the account in agency management system. Always keeping detailed records of client interactions and enrollment changes.
  • Assist clients with problem solving solutions by researching and updating processes to create a streamlined flow for the client's enrollment support and communications.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external via phone, email, video, and audio conferencing.
  • Maintain accurate client files and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Any other function as established/directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional analysis, time management skills, communication skills, self-sufficient, and initiative-taker.
  • Customer focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with communicating professionally with internal and external via phone, email, video, and audio conferencing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with starting and stopping projects to assist with urgent requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Perform all job requirements, consistently produce quality work, complete tasks accurately and on time, prioritize and plan work assignments, use time efficiently to meet productivity standards and commitments.
  • Take responsibility for own actions and be responsive to coaching from other team members and department manager.
  • Strive to continuously pursue training and development opportunities to build knowledge and skills.
