Job Overview:
A CureMD Implementation Specialist leads the implementation process to successfully onboard physician offices onto CureMD's suite of award winning Practice Management, Revenue Cycle Management and Electronic Health Record solutions. You will own the client onboarding experience by planning, executing and coordinating CureMD and client activities, tracking progress and managing risks at all times. This is a full-time onsite position based out of headquarters located in New York, NY.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Partners with clients to create and execute implementation plans that are on-time, on-budget with highest customer satisfaction.
- Leads key activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, roll-out planning, developing training plans, change management roadmap, Go-Live Support and Post Go-Live Support planning.
- Coordinates internal and client teams to complete Data Migration, Content Development, Interfaces, Enrollment, and Billing Configuration work streams.
- Develops and maintains expertise on all CureMD solutions.
- Follows established methodology ensuring consistency from implementation to implementation.
- Works closely with Implementation leaders to constantly evaluate and improve the onboarding experience.
- Provides end-user training as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing EMR systems, electronic health record, practice management, and/or patient portal implementations in the outpatient/ambulatory space
- Proven project management experience with success in managing deadlines, customers, and schedules
- Strong client and relationship focus with proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with staff at all levels
- Very tech savvy - previous experience in a technical role a plus
- Self-starter with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work with multiple groups including internal and external teams and manage expectations
- Bachelor's degree
- Travel up to 40%
