Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

The Implementation Specialist executes key tasks during the TrulinX software implementation process, guiding clients from the sales hand-off through their successful go-live. The specialist provides the set-up and training path of our ERP software solution, helping our new clients establish a strong foundation for business growth and success. This is a work-from-home position with travel of 20-40% required.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple, simultaneous implementation projects.
• Perform TrulinX system installation and configuration.
• Perform business process analysis of client systems and processes.
• Coordinate Tribute, client, and 3rd party resources and personnel.
• Map and migrate client data into the TrulinX database.
• Establish and manage a scheduled virtual meeting cadence with clients and internal staff.
• Perform system testing and validation of TrulinX and 3rd party software and hardware.
• Lead on-site client training before go-live and on-site support during the actual go-live process.
• Perform initial software support for 1-2 months after the client goes live.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability and willingness to travel is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Project management training and/or experience managing multiple projects at different phases.
• Ability to analyze data and utilize troubleshooting skills to provide creative solutions for new clients.
• Ability to assist clients in making and implementing business process decisions
• Friendly and customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• Strong, active listening skills and practical written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to make presentations to and train diverse groups of people.
• Ability and willingness to work in a remote working environment (work from home).

Desired Education and Experience:

• A post-high school degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
• Experience as a user or implementer of an ERP software package would be ideal.
• Experience using SQL, Asana, and/or Phaseware help desk software is advantageous but not required.
• Experience as an employee in a manufacturing or distribution facility is a plus.
