Job Summary:
Our Professional Services Department is looking for a hardworking, innovative and goal driven Implementation Specialist to contribute to the continued success of our company. This position will be a member of our Professional Services team, and is the primary implementation resource in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and client relationship skills to successfully implement our software solutions. The Implementation Specialist will perform the technical implementation and provide guidance to clients to ensure that the solution is adopted effectively. Excellent communication, along with analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are crucial to the success of this position.
This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of 2-3 days per week working from our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, GA.
The preferred location of this position is working out of our Peachtree Corners, GA office, but highly qualified remote candidates within the US will also be considered. No relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities:
- Assists with the definition of product configuration and requirements gathering.
- Assists with the definition of the hardware, system software, and network configuration required for implementations.
- Configures the Alogent products to meet the client requirements defined in the requirements documentation.
- Participates in verification testing of client workflows.
- Installs Alogent products at client sites and the Alogent Cloud, with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provides hands-on training to clients for installation and operation of Alogent products.
- Conducts analysis and resolution of complex client problems/situations while practicing excellent client relation skills.
- Provides on-site and remote support for client testing.
- Delivers the project task deliverables to or under a timeline and budget constraints.
- Participates and assists in various interdepartmental processes including technical sales support, project turnover, and defect reporting.
- Recognizes and communicates internally, the potential for additional products and/or services sales to existing clients.

Requirements:
- Some experience implementing Alogent products or similar solutions, or 3+ years of experience implementing hardware or software systems.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based software.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting:
- Windows operating systems in a network environment
- Windows Active Directory permissions
- Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Microsoft SQL Server databases
- General communication knowledge such as HTTP, TCP, SMTP, POP
- T-SQL scripts
- Familiarity with MSSQL database schemas
- Confidence in ability to interpret logs and determine root cause issues
- Familiarity with API integration support/test tools
- Familiarity with security concepts, authentication/authorization methods
- Familiarity with business rules engine configuration
- Writing SQL scripts and SQL reports
- Ability to apply procedural logic to write product-specific scripts to implement documented business requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex client problems and/or situations.
- Self-starter with the proven ability to identify what needs to be accomplished as well as prioritize and deliver multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to communicate with others of varying technical ability in a clear and professional manner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- A team player with strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Consistent and reliable Time entry in support of billable engagements.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Specific experience implementing or maintaining mobile banking, online banking, enterprise content management or check processing solutions
- Supporting integrations with SOAP and RESTful web services
- Security best practices
- Configuring and troubleshooting the following:
- Wide and local area networks
- SQL clusters
- VMWare environments
- Load-balanced solutions
- Containerized virtual machines (Dockers)
- Orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience or familiarity in developing/writing software & pseudocode.
- Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows-based financial technology software.
- Experience in using a scripting language, like PowerShell, to automate the installation of application components.
- Skilled in interpreting requirements and ensuring solutions meet those requirements.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with the proven full software development life-cycle experience; waterfall or agile.
- Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on company products and services.
- Ability to conduct presentations.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require you to work on weekends, or occasionally be on call after hours.
- Domestic and International travel is required up to 25% of the time.
