You will work closely with the decision makers to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.

Reporting to the Director of Implementations, responsibilities will include all aspects of implementation coordination where clients get a flawless execution of product deployment and ongoing support:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client installations including ensuring staffing overlaps are minimized, ensuring client needs are met and project timelines are achieved.

  • Configure system/database per client requirements, including menu and floor plans.

  • Schedule and conduct management training and/or server training in office, on-site and/or via webinar.

  • Contacts new clients to exchange information pertaining to the implementation of the Silverware system and to coordinate the implementation process. Collects all pertinent information regarding the client’s menu and floor plans.

  • Provide live day on-site or remote support coverage and schedule onsite inspections when necessary.

  • Support client with questions and concerns during the implementation and immediate post-installation periods.

  • Requests appropriate software licensing.

  • Travel to client sites to perform implementation, training, and live support throughout North America.

  • Ability to travel 75% of the time.

  • Complete a pre-installation checklist 48 hours prior to the installation and ensure proper modules and software are installed, configured and tested.

  • Responsible for maintaining the following and submitting to Implementations manager:

    • Training Implementation guide

    • Live day Support checklist

    • Pre-installation Checklist

Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree with major course work in Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, or equivalent experience is required.

  • Bilingual - French / English Required

  • Experience with point-of-sale software is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with employees and managers as part of the team.

  • Results oriented and passionate about what they do and take pride in their achievements.

  • Excellent work ethics and ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Experience working directly with customers and end users.

  • Restaurant and/or hotel industry experience.

  • May be required to work evenings or weekends based on the projects.
