What you will do:

  • Work directly with clients to configure their CMMS system to meet their specific business needs
  • Serve as subject matter expert with respect to best practice implementation strategies
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise of Fiix products and best practices to provide value to our customers
  • Develop and deliver client-specific training programs during project implementation.
  • Supports the development of client-specific training material, or standard operating procedures
  • Design and develop client-specific dashboard KPIs & widgets using SQL
  • Assists in the development of client-specific reports using Fiix reports designer
  • Effectively migrate client data into Fiix
  • Support system integrations between Fiix & ERP systems
  • Ensure optimal system functionality through effective project management, training, product engagement and best practices
  • Assist technical support team with complex client issues
  • Travel up to 40% of the time

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Requires no previous professional experience.
  • 1+ years solid experience in a software implementation role; experience with SaaS or CMMS software is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry considered an asset.
  • Proven customer-facing and relationship building skills and excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving acumen, including the ability to figure out how things should work, and to identify patterns and trends
  • Flexible and responsive to changing priorities
  • Able to keep motivated and on task with minimal guidance
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
  • Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment
  • A valid driver's license and Passport are required for this role.
