HOW YOU'LL WORK:

You'll be responsible for the overall coordination of projects generated via the outcomes of Process Improvement discovery sessions and Joint Ventures. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects while creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation for reporting project status, risks, and recommendations. You'll measures a project's performance and outcomes by using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Project Management: Design and apply appropriate project management standards for the Process Improvement department and Joint Ventures projects. Prepare and maintain project scope, timelines, action items, and outcomes for assigned projects. Manage project risks including the development of contingency plans.
  • Quality Outcomes: Manage project risks including the development of contingency plans. Manage the production and quality of the required deliverables. Monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
  • Communication: Report through agreed lines on project progress through multiple medias such as written and verbal presentation updates. Maintain an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact.
  • Technology: Management of project share sites, software and other technology needs.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct project evaluation reviews to assess how well the project was managed. Participate in process improvement efforts such as but not limited to: process mapping and data analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare, business, or supply chain management
  • Certified Project Manager or proven successful working experience as a project facilitator
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic ideology of Process Improvement
  • Desirable but not required: Theoretical process improvement certification such as Lean Six Sigma, and or experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and other process optimization techniques
  • Capable of all physical demands

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY: INDIRECT MANAGEMENT OF PROJECT TEAMS
