Implementation Support Specialist

In order to continue our growth, we are seeking someone for an Implementation Support Specialist! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting multiple Implementation Specialists with client implementations of Filevine. In collaboration with the Specialist and other Neostella team members, you will build project templates, reports, field mapping and integrations, and perform other task-based work at the direction of the Specialist and your manager. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Filevine customization in real time during a meeting, when relevant.
• Use your experience across clients to provide suggestions for template solutions.
• Complete individual tasks, as assigned and within determined deadlines.
• Build and/or customize project templates in Filevine, including section layout, task flow and deadline chain creation, report building and/or conversion of document generation templates into Filevine-compatible templates.
• Build and/or customize platforms related to Filevine (Lead Docket, Outlaw, etc.).

• Easily understand English-language task direction without formal documentation
• Quickly understand unfamiliar systems to draw parallels to Filevine
• Good English language oral and written communication skills
• Software implementation
• Software integrations
• Ability to complete tasks assigned at a quick and accurate pace
• Collaboration and communication of status of tasks

• Experience using Filevine is preferred
• Experience using Work Relay is preferred
• Experience with Merge Fields is preferred
• Experience in an administrative role in a law firm or legal department is preferred
