Job Description:
SUMMARY
Documents technical and business requirements and translates them into solutions for Black Knight's MLS Solutions division Serves as a liaison between the product owners, the information technology organization, and Black Knight's Clients from project inception through implementation to provide customer-centric solutions that solve business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages one or more installation/conversion project(s) of medium to high complexity
- Creates/updates project artifacts as needed, manages teamwork assignments, and conducts a variety of test cases to confirm the solution will meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders
- Responsible for significant areas of system design and customization
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts
- Participates as a direct internal and client facing resource for questions pertaining to new application functionality before and during UAT and provides support as needed
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the MLS business unit that impact the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
- Assists with the creation of implementation documentation
- Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Requires 4+ years of technical business analysis experience
- Ability to write and design functional and technical business requirements
- Ability to present technical and non-technical information to any audience
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be detail and results oriented with solid multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Black Knight products, services, and capabilities
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical and non-technical information to any audience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to business partners and clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
- Experience using, supporting, troubleshooting and/or designing Multiple Listing Service and accompanying software in the Real Estate Industry
- Ability to organize requirements by features and user stories creating a backlog to be used throughout the project lifecycle
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a high-volume environment
Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range is $68,500 - $83,200. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus.
