The Role 

As the Implementation Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering process relating to our software implementation and leading a team of talented implementation engineers. Your primary focus will be to ensure your team effectively supports the overall client implementation journey. Strong proficiency in C# programming is a fundamental requirement for this role, as you will be actively involved in working with your team to design, develop, and improve code solutions used during the implementation process as well as serving as an escalation path for issues that arise.


What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage a team of implementation engineers to ensure successful, accurate, and on-time delivery of software solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Implementation Specialists, Implementation Leadership, Engineering, and Product development, to drive successful deployment of implementation projects.

  • Work closely with Implementation Specialist leadership to understand their unique business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Design, develop, and test custom code solutions using C# programming language to meet client implementation specific requirements.

  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the implementation engineering team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions during the implementation process.

  • Continuously monitor and improve the implementation process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to implementation engineering and share knowledge with the team.

  • Proactively manage all projects and identify risk before it becomes a critical blocker.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within implementation engineering or software development.

  • In-depth understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

  • Solid experience in designing and developing code solutions using C#.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, database backups, and/or database mapping.

  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, foster a collaborative work environment, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $108,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
