This role executes, reviews, and follows up on day-to-day operations for cross border shipments north bound and south bound in a timely manner, complying with the Mexican rules and regulations for all Mexico plants.

Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

This role executes, reviews, and follows up on day-to-day operations for cross border shipments north bound and south bound in a timely manner, complying with the Mexican rules and regulations for all Mexico plants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and follow up day to day imports.
• Execute and follow up day to day Exports.
• Execute Virtual operations.
• Creation of manual invoices.
• Follow up on inbound and outbound shipments to assure crossing and delivery.
• Ensures all customs clearance in a timely manner.
• Execute legal records.
• Annex 24 input.

SCOPE & IMPACT: 

This role provides key communication and execution with suppliers and internal clients to ensure all operations northbound and south bound are executed in a timely manner. Keeping within the parameter that the company’s certifications requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in International Commerce or related field with 0 – 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of import and export processes.
• English basic proficiency.
• Up to 5% Travel Required.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: ·Experience in permit reviewing.·Logistics experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:Office environment/no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands. Often required to sit, repetitive hand motion (such as typing), to hear, listen, and talk.
