Job Description:

• Follow up weekly truck shipments from EMEA Hub with Oevel traffic team.
• Provide required paper work/certifications with coordination between related parties to ensure release of the shipment from customs
• Collect and folder customs papers based on truck number, share with customs broker
• Download SAP invoices of each shipment and share with customs broker for clearance
• Weekly email the payment details of trucks to arrive customs, to finance team for credit arrangement
• Follow up with finance team and customs broker timely settlement of customs declarations
• Organize release of trucks from bonded warehouse with transporter, inform Operations Team and 3PL warehouse about arrival of trucks
• Control and confirm details such as adress and tariff numbers on the invoices sent by the shippers prior to dispatch. Advice and ensure necessary corrections are made on the documents
• Coordinate between the transporter and customs broker hand over of delivery notes, follow up payment process of vendor invoices and final customs declaration with Finance Team
• Run Import File report and control if all data is properly entered by the customs broker. Create incident if any problem is detected and ensure solution is brought
• Organize pick up of orders placed by Indirect Procurement through approved transporters for new store openings. Coordinate delivery to the site with Operations and Store Design Teams
• Follow up order and export information of redeployment with Demand Planning, Operations and Customs Broker

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from related departments
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in import operations (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG or retail sector)
• Fluent in English
• SAP Knowledge
• Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong in multi-tasking
