Objective:
Candidate will help to evaluate, propose, and implement changes with internal clients to optimize IFC content based on a review of monthly IFC intranet reports, and quarterly reports from additional platforms (e.g. IFC.org, Open Knowledge Repository, Documents and Reports Internal, WBG Library). This position will work within the Content Management team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
β’ Detailed analysis of intranet hub metric reports with the ability to communicate specific, actionable guidance to hub site admins β’ Assist admins in archiving outdated, unused content, quick links, and site pages β’ Review monthly intranet report and contact 10 least viewed sites to troubleshoot or target for archival β’ Review Information Matters metrics report and provide content and search improvement suggestions
Selection Criteria & Competencies β’ Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Analytics, Webex, and SharePoint Online a plus β’ Ability to analyze data and articulate findings β’ Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work in a team environment, as well as under minimum supervision β’ Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results/outputs in a timely manner
β’ Duration: 6 monthsβ’ Time Commitment (days per weeks): 2 days/ 16 hoursβ’ Proposed Starting Date: February 1, 2024

Benefit to host department:β’ Support the expansion of the role of the Content Management team in its support of IFC's Knowledge & Learning strategy implementation.
