Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor metrics jointly with SC quality leader to drive manufacturing improvements in assigned business segment
• Collect, analyse and distribute compiled metrics/information in order to improve quality
• Participate actively in the implementation of the local quality culture plan
• Participate in internal NCA/RCA & CAPA plan implementation
• Ownership for implementation of improvement actions resulting from quality plans and customer feedback through continuous improvement
• Overall responsibility in assigned business segment for Internal Audit execution, for conformance to quality plans, systems, and requirements as per the Internal Audit Plan
• Completion of all quality records related to the contract/order and completing of the package of final documentation for the customer, with the legibility and completion check before the submission (including translation)
• Support customer meetings when required
• Participate in Quality Review meetings in assigned business segment
• Support regulatory compliance and optimization of quality systems procedures
• Work with CI team to drive sustainable process changes
• Support RCA's & CAPA plans for external defects (quality escapes/customer complaints)

• Bachelor of machine engineering or suitable practical experience
• Usage of customer resolution & preventive tools, ISO knowledge
• Basic leadership & communication skills
• Knowledge of technologies in assigned business segment
• Ability to self-direct within defined responsibilities
• Must be a team player willing to sacrifice individual goals when needed
• Experience dealing with customers
• Knowledge of RCA and CAPA tools
• Foreign language skills: english & croatian
