In-Field Installers (Seasonal)

Polar Bear Lighting, Inc.is excited for a very big holiday season! But we need more help. We have multiple big and small jobs coming our way, with our first install happening November 1. You don’t have to be an expert to work with us as we offer training. This is a family-like group of people who you will be working with. We take good care of everybody on the job and want to make sure everyone feels safe and supported along this journey. We are looking for hardworking individuals to join a team of Seasonal, In-Field Installers who are punctual and able to follow instructions with a crew of 3+. As an In-Field Installer you'll work on completing installation assignments for our clients through the Los Angeles vicinity. The assignments are all physically demanding and applicants must be 18+ years of age. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Requirements: • Be able to work outdoors for long periods, 5 days a week (frequent overtime) • Lift and move 50+ lbs • Safely climb ladders up to 40 feet • Comfortable on rooftops and heights 25-100 feet • Able to operate power tools • Good team communication • Flexible schedule (nights and weekends) • Experience with holiday lighting/construction preferred • Bilingual in Spanish Send resume and brief intro to:[email protected]@polarbearlighting.com Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week Work Location: In person
