What you will do: 

As an In-house lawyer @ NN Hellas you will contribute to our dynamic and well-structured environment, being a member of a skilled and motivated legal team. This challenging role involves providing legal support across various functions, representing the company before courts and authorities, drafting and reviewing various legally relevant documents and participating in innovative local & group wide projects.

 
Your day-to-day: 

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including commercial agreements and product terms & conditions. 
• Conduct litigation, including preparing pleadings, appeals, and other court documents and represent the company in court proceedings and administrative hearings. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. 
• Be involved in innovative local & group projects across various areas of company activities.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on insurance-related laws & regulations and on legal compliance matters.
• Provide general legal advice and support to various departments within the company. 
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company. 

 
Qualifications: 

• 5-10 years of in-house lawyer experience in a regulated entity (preferably from the financial sector) or as associate in an established legal firm. 
• Masters' degree in Law. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Experience with data protection laws and regulations. 
• Familiarity with corporate sustainability, technology and artificial intelligence (AI) developments, will be highly valued. 
• Ability to combine efficiency and substance.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills. 
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
