In-House Legal Intern

The Focus of This Internship:

The Quickbase legal department is looking for a legal intern to assist with tracking commercial contracts, legal research, and compliance-related projects. The legal intern will work in a tech company in-house legal department and may be exposed to customer contracts, vendor contracts, company policies, and privacy & corporate compliance issues. The department provides legal support for the company including commercial negotiations and enterprise risk management procedures.

 Key Areas That You Will Work On: 

• Tracking legal and commercial terms in Quickbase contract databases
• Reviewing legal agreements with assistance from supervising attorney
• Conducting legal research and presenting findings to supervising attorneys
• Attending meetings with supervising attorneys
• Other duties as assigned

Internship Logistics

 Hours/ Schedule: 

• 20 hours per week (flexible)

 Dates: 

• January-May (dates flexible)

 Location

• Hybrid role. Company is headquartered in downtown Boston.

 Compensation Details

• $30/hr
