IN2WORK Associate

Job Description

The Corrections Inmate Worker prepares food items in accordance with OP-X production requirements. Assists with production activities as directed by Aramark Supervisors. Performs various duties in accordance with Aramark sanitation standards.

Job Responsibilities

? Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and prep lists according to OP-X standards.
? Implement accurate food handling procedures.
? May be a lead in the storeroom / warehouse
? Maintain accurate inventory levels
? May help ensure accurate pulls
? Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas. Make sure the stations are accurately cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of the shift. (Including cleaning of kitchen equipment)

? Implement the Correctional Facility security policies related to handling and securing kitchen tools and equipment.
? Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment, which conforms to all standards and regulations. Adhere to safety policies and accident reporting procedures.
? Assist with receiving, unloading, checking in of product.
? Completes all required training, including graduation from the Aramark IN2WORK program.
? Maintain professional uniform attire.

Qualifications

? Currently incarcerated at a Correctional Facility
? Must maintain the ability to work in the kitchen.
